Elena is so kind that she let us to extend our stay at room until we left for flying at 8 pm without extra charge. The breakfast was so delicious and had many choices. Love to stay here again if we visit Zakynthis next time.

I would definitely recommend the place. Chryssa and her family run the hotel together, they are very friendly and helpful. There was enough equipment to cook everything in the room we stayed in. There were even toothbrushes, wet wipes, etc. in the toilets. The cleaning done regularly every day made me feel as comfortable as I was at home. Its location was ideal for the holiday we planned, it was at a convenient distance from the beaches we wanted to go to and in one of the most central places on the island. Markets, cafes, etc. everywhere could be easily reached by walking. Despite this, we were not exposed to any noise in our room, because it was in a quiet location on the street we were on. The equipment in the room and the sitting area on the balcony allowed us to have breakfast comfortably in the room. Apart from all these, it is a great advantage that the hotel has its own parking lot. If I come again, I will stay here again.

Customer service is amazing, everyone are extremely nice and willing to make your stay maximally comfortable. When you get to the hotel, you are offered to relax in the lobby and staff will come to you to tell about the hotel, all the information you may need, sign papers and even connect you to WiFi right away. During this time they’ll bring you welcome drinks and traditional Greek desert. Rooms are very spacious, modern and thought trough to detail. If you’re a neat freak, you’ll be in paradise. Breakfast and dinner was delicious! We will recommend this hotel to all our friends!

There was a mix up with rooms. Management reacted excellent and offered a dinner i return. The staff is very helpful and friendly. On top we left a wallet and Management sent us free of charge. EVERYTHING! A BIG thank you to all the staff of this resort! Especially to Fofi! We booked here for our honeymoon and everything was simply magical. The views are incredible and the whole experience is beautiful. The staff is amazing and really friendly, they really care about their guests comfort and even if you face an issue they go above and beyond to solve it. The reception team are lovely and very very welcoming and helpful. Fofi is the best and she takes good care of everyone! Eldina and everyone else was also amazing. Definitely coming back here next year for our anniversary! Highly recommended.

I usually do not write reviews, but I wanted to take my time for this one. I would like to thank the entire Olea team for truly a wonderful holiday. I stayed for 1 week and had the private pool suite with sea-view booked. The staff at this hotel was probably the friendliest i have experienced. Everyone from the front desk, concierge to waiters were wonderful. I would like to say a special thank you to Ellie from the concierge, and Melia and Christina from the front desk who made my stay amazing and went out of their way for that. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We truly had a great time and really enjoyed everything from the food, the pool, the spa, as well as restaurants. Overall, the vibe of this hotel is great and something i would always come back for. I cannot wait to come back again. 🙏🏻🙏🏻

Very quiet location, except the airplanes noise.. But it is still very nice to see airplanes so close. Food is very delicious. Room is big and modern. Nice pools and gardens. Mosquitos free. Taxi station very close. Very nice staff. 5 mins to the beach. Sandy beach.
