Water pressure in shower so low I was still covered in soap. Shower was also tiny you couldn't turn around. Food was the best part server was a bit rude but the meal was great and not too pricey. Room was clean too! Good location could walk to a bar or restaurant but if you need to relax or want quiet this hotel is in the loop and it can get loud.AndreaUnited States of America

There is a great breakfast with a little bit of everything for everyone (the waffles and oatmeal were delicious!). The room was a great size for our family of 5, and the pool was warm and clean (though a little small and could quickly become overcrowded if a large group came in). The location was great: just a short drive into downtown and a short drive to other attractions like The Loop, the Zoo, and more.

Did not take full advantage of the extras like the rooftop lounge (I hear it has great views of The Arch), room service, etc., because the location makes it hard to want to stay close to the hotel! LOTS to do in The Loop. The lobby is a sight to behold, and the staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. Needless to say, we'll find another reason to book a stay at the Moonrise.
