The next day was wet so not so great. Breakfast buffet was good. The staff were excellent. They made contact with us before we arrived and booked us a table at Aqua Shard (which is not part of the hotel). It seems there are two access points and our pickup taxi went to the other point, the concierge ran around the building to redirect our taxi to where we were. The service was exceptional.

Tower Bridge about 20 mins walk away. Lots of food options (especially spicy) great coffee nearby. Rooms are small but have everything needed. Would be happy to stay again if we were to visit London again.
