The location was right on the water with a beautiful outdoor patio and pool overlooking the water. The staff was exceptionally friendly all around, from the front counter at check in, to the housekeeping and breakfast staff. Parking is ample and free and very safe and well lit. Breakfast is clean, with multiple options both hot and cold, and though it ends at 9AM, I walked in at 3 minutes before 9 and everything was still hot and full. There is a snack/good closet filled with everything from cookies, candies, chips, to microwave meals and drinks, and you pay at the front counter. Also a restaurant/bar.

It had filthy bedding with stains in between two clean sheets and they said this was typical. My daughter and I drive home since there were no other hotels in the area being memorial day weekend that had an opening. We arrived home at 2 AM. It was awful enough to drive home in the middle of the night.

Bed was comfortable on one side! Room was of decent size and pull out sofa was comfortable for our kids. Breakfast was great! Ladies taking care of it made sure literally every item was fully stocked throughout the entire serving time. Front desk was also very polite and had no issues when we requested extra pillows and towels.
