I'm from Los Angeles I only come here to visit my dad..in this case it was for my brother funeral I paid about 100$ per night because the Hampton wanted about 170 a night in which for me from LA the area just not worth it from what I'm use to..now depending on a person's likes..this hotel and the others around might be acceptable.. now if I stayed in little rock the places might have been a little bit better...anyway if u stay in pine bluff for travel you definitely need a rental car ain't no uber

I liked the congeniality of all of the staff that we came across, Their attitude was infectious in a happy way! Also, the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the hotel was right off the highway. However, it is tucked behind a building that appears to be empty and the access to the hotel looked like a parking lot. It took us more than one turn around to actually find the hotel, but very worth the effort!

I love Pine Bluff, it is home to me.
I love Pine Bluff, it is home to me. I took my 2 granddaughters with me, the place is so dry, nothing for kids to do. Our down town is not there anymore. I had a hard time finding place to eat with my grand daughters. Even though there is nothing for kids there, I will be back to visit in 2years. I hope to be staying again at Best western.
No amenities offered.
But had ice and vending machines with food and drink items.
I knew not to expect a whole lot at this price and price was the most important thing for me.
Any other motel/hotel would have given me just as many doubts no matter the price. The same routine things go on in all motel/hotels.
It was quiet and peaceful, just what I needed ..... Rest!
Great place to stay on our road trip (we stopped on our way from Florida and enjoyed it, so booked it again on our way home). Friendly and accommodating staff. Great value, clean and quiet rooms. Pet friendly. Fantastic hot breakfast...eggs, bacon/sausage, make your own waffles, potatoes, cereal, hot coffee, muffins, etc.
The location was easy and convenient to get to with easy access to local shopping. The room was very spacious and I love that it included toiletries. I felt very comfortable and safe at the hotel. The breakfast was clean and offered a variety of foods - the attendant even assisted me with making my waffles!
The hotel was a little over 5 miles from the Saracen casino. Everything was crisp and clean. The breakfast was good and masks were encouraged. The staff was friendly, even though their computers were down and you could tell this had been an all day issue.
The stay was okay, but the location itself threw me off. The hotel itself is located in a vacant mall. Also, the toilets are terrible. Now for the staff…they are awesome and if I had to stay again, it would be because of them. Very nice people.
It’s one of the closest hotel to the casino. It’s older but it was clean, the bed was soft, and it felt safe. Pine Bluff doesn’t have the best reputation but the hotel seemed fine.
